To start off the food was absolutely amazing. Best sushi I’ve ever had. The service was super quick and fun. AJ our server made our dinner experience 10x better! The atmosphere definitely captures a traditional Japanese feel and is super enjoyable. Would recommend 1000%

Tried some incredible Japanese fusion dishes and loved every bite. The plantain sushi was a surprising star—sweet, savory, and totally addictive. Yakisoba noodles were perfectly cooked, full of flavor and comfort. And the Korean carbonara with fried eggplant was rich, creamy, and unexpectedly amazing. A delicious mix of bold flavors and creative twists—highly recommend!
We got the Super Volcano roll, Nekomata, and Irenko. The Irenko was my favorite because of the truffle flavor and it also had a lot of different ingredients that made the roll most interesting. The service was very attentive and helpful. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and clean.
This place is fantastic! Excellent service, great food, and a fun vibe. Bryce is amazing and has never steered up wrong with a recommendation. Be sure to try some of their Korean dishes!!!
The lady bartender was the reason why we enjoyed our dinner tonight! Beside the delicious food and drinks she really took care of us! It was a super busy night and somehow our bartender was able to make sure we had the best service and it wasn’t just us she took care of everyone at the bar! Really appreciated the great service!
Came for my birthday and it was phenomenal! They were amazing with my food allergies and I recommend so much! We had an amazing time and our server was great. He was very professional and amazing. Thank you to all who made this possible. Definitely coming back!!
An absolutely outstanding experience at Alasaka Sushi in Orlando! From the moment we walked in, the service was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We tried several of the sushi as well as the Orange Chicken it was all fresh, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. The sushi was top-notch—creative rolls, perfectly cut sashimi, and impeccable presentation. You can tell they take pride in both their food and their hospitality. This is definitely a hidden gem for sushi lovers and a spot we can’t wait to return to, our server certainly helped to make the entire experience as well. Highly recommend!
